Yes. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. Everything you share stays between you and your therapist, with very limited exceptions required by law (e.g. imminent risk of harm). Your therapist will explain these fully in your first session.
We accept most major insurance plans. We recommend contacting your insurer directly to verify your mental health benefits before your first session. We also offer a sliding scale fee structure for clients without insurance or with financial constraints.
This varies greatly depending on your goals and circumstances. Some people find meaningful relief in 8–12 sessions; others prefer longer-term support over months or years. We'll regularly review progress together and adjust as needed — your journey is uniquely yours.
